| Introduction | I started this blog as a way of documenting some of my thoughts and learning in this wonderful profession. I'm now in my fifth year as principal, in our small (250 students) middle and senior years school. Teaching was challenging, this more so, but I wouldn't switch back. In this job, one has the opportunity to serve so many more people, and to exercise an influence in a less direct but much wider way. The picture at the top of this blog is from a trip to Cameroon, where I'd like to live for a year or two (or more), perhaps in retirement. Gotta love those kids! |
