Introduction	Why do I blog? I go to all these places and eat all these amazing food, and meet all these wonderful people, but if you were to ask me what I did last Tuesday, I would say "Uhhh, I can't remember. I did so much I can't keep it straight. Let me consult my calendar." So in an effort to not let my life run away from me, I want this blog to document my life for me, so that I won't forget.
