Interests	We have several individual interests, but our common interests are: growing in Christ, raising our son, camping (and generally being out doors), technology, culinary arts, good conversation and good coffee, reducing the amount of unnecessary drama in life, simplifying our home, shopping (yes we know that is counter intuitive), and travelling.
Favorite movies	Heidi: Steal Magnolias and Spy Games Nick: Lord of the Rings and Shaw Shank Redemption Both: Harry Potter and The Bourne Trilogy
Favorite music	Commonly loved music is a bit hard to find for us. However we do usually agree on Classical, DC Talk, Caedmon's Call, Switchfoot, Pink Martini, Josh Groban, and a few others.
Favorite books	No way in Hades that we agree on books. Nick thrives on fiction (mostly sci-fi) and Heidi thrives on non-fiction. We have made efforts to cross over to each other's side though and as a result Heidi now loves Harry Potter and Nick loves the Boundaries series by Cloud and Townsend.
