My core expertise is in Gender mainstreaming and gender responsive budgeting, human rights, organizational capacity assessment, project management, public policy analysis and advocacy, capacity building, and research My competencies include ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing environments, and sound decision-making. I am also excellent at handling multiple tasks, verbal and written communication, setting priorities and working independently. I am a team player with strong skills in working with people from multicultural background. I am computer literate for various MS office applications and other IT applications. |
