Introduction	I am a nurse with 22 years of oncology experience. I have had multiple job roles in the cancer program and am passionate about this survivorship project. Mary Ann and I went to City of Hope for training in 2007 and this was during the time that I was dealing with a cancer diagnosis myself. This training cemented in our minds the difference that a program like this could make in patients' lives.
