Introduction	I've heard that your early 20's are about discovering your goals and learning how to achieve them - at least, I hope that's what they're for. If not, then I'm significantly behind the curve. This is what I've learned so far: I want to open my own bakery that follows the principles of the slow food movement. It might mean a turbulent income that's dependent on the seasons, but I wish to connect with something larger than myself - my community, the land, and sustainable food practices. Hopefully, this blog will be about how I achieve that goal.
