Introduction	A mother, a wife, a registered nurse! I found myself as an athlete when I signed up for a 3.5 mile run called Donnelly Dash in 2009 in Fairfield, CT. Then it was followed by several 5Ks. Then I thought "Wow!, I could actually run or if you wanna call it jog because I think I was a little slower than most people." Then I signed up for a swim class and met the owner/coach Pascale Butcher. She had this swim class for beginners. I knew how to swim from my younger years but didn't have the right technique so I joined. Before you know it, I was buying my first road bike in March 2010, signed up for my first duathlon April 2010 ( and that was another story!) and then boom! I did my first triathlon in June 2010! From then on I looked at fitness at a whole new different level!
