Introduction	I was married on January 22, 2010 to a wonderful woman who allowed me to become a step-father to a great boy. My family motivates, inspires and moves me to be a better athlete and more importantly a better person. I have spent the 2010 season training by using sprints and Olympic distance triathlons to prepare for my first 70.3 Ironman in Oceanside, CA in April 2011. I am in the process of starting a company called Honu Way To Live which will be working with Marathon Makeover to help turn couch potatoes into Marathoners through a 40 week marathon-training and wellness program. This is my way of giving back to the running/triathlon community that I have gotten so much from.
