| Introduction | I am a 41 year old wife to Rob, mom to 5, Cassidy 17, Jenna 15, Adanech 15, Noah 12, Asher 9. This is a blog about my fitness busines, family life, faith and adoption. We love the Lord and are striving to live our lives modeled after Christ. We had three of our kids the home-grown way and two have been grafted into our family through adoption. They are from Ethiopia, Asher in January of 2007, Adanech in February 2009. I am passionate about Jesus, my family, clean eating, working out, running, adoption and orphan care. I love to encourage others, whether that be with eating healthy, working out, or discovering their passion and calling in life. I am happy to share what I have learned about fitness, nutrition, Jesus, and adoption. |
