Introduction Pluralist Jewish learning and living, outdoor education and spiritual exploration in a collaborative peer community facilitated by dynamic Jewish, outdoor and experiential education teachers on 3,000 acres of beautiful California ranch land. Fellows are trained in areas of organic gardening, outdoor and wilderness skills, Jewish text and tradition, experiential Jewish education, community building, and spiritual practice. Fellows experience a hands-on training process with personalized guidance and highly individualized learning opportunities in different specialty areas. Fellows learn and work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. In addition, they work as teachers and staff members for educational and retreat programs at the Brandeis-Bardin Institute every month. Fellows will celebrate Shabbat together as a community once a month.
