Introduction	My name is Kriss(well i'm loved to be called "kathrina") .Welcome to my kitchen.. I am from kottayam,kerala and the best food I have ever tasted is kerala cuisine.. I started my "cooking career" early in my school days inspired from the pictures i saw in the vanitha magazine.i am greatly thankful to my mommy for allowing me in her kitchen and buying the contents for my cooking even though I was a young school girl..After succeeding my cooking experiments I started trying out new levels of cooking...I was always amazed at the cooking of my papa,,how easily and quickly he was preparing his delicious dishes..but I was not able to learn much from him as he was working in abroad.. .I started following the cooking recipes of Mrs. KM Mathew and Dr.Lekhmi Nair.Everything I’ve learned has been through trial and error, reading and research.Now im most encouraged by my husband Monson Xavier a great cook too,to try out new recipes and to start this blog to share the taste to the world... My husband and I also love to travel and getting to know different cultures through their cuisine. Enjoy cooking..share it..serve love!
