Introduction Becky Henry wrote about eating disorders in Just Tell Her To Stop: Family Stories of Eating Disorders and works nationally as a life coach providing individual and group coaching. Since 2000 Becky has been learning "hands on" what it means to be the parent of a teen with an eating disorder and has collected resources, information and skills relating to this complex issue. In addition Becky facilitates the EDEN Program's Recovery Skills Curriculum via the telephone, speaks on Eating Disorders Awareness & Prevention. Along with her creativity and fun Becky’s life experience exemplifies the joy possible in very challenging circumstances.
Interests Speaking on eating disorder awareness and prevention, coaching families to reclaim peace and joy that eating disorders have taken from them. Sharing my new book: Just Tell Her To Stop: Family Stories of Eating Disorders with treatment centers, health sciences educators and families.
