Introduction | Self healing has been my primary vocation for, basically, ever. My current project is the most comprehensive & radical of all: to brave the world without the loving grip of 12 Step; for inner signals (like dis/comfort & intuition) to be my primary guide; to do what's wanted in the moment rather than taskmaster myself for anticipated future gain; to have purposeless fun and casual hobbies; to respond to what's beneath words & actions; to enact exemplary boundaries; to manifest integration in my brain, body, spirit, & life; and to experience happiness & well-being by living in a state outside the acting-in/ acting-out addictive paradigm... ALL AT THE SAME TIME. That sounds overwhelming as a list but my sense is that I'm currently juggling all these right now. Some of my interests & investments include Quakers, storytelling, juggling, meditation, 12 Step, Focusing, BBC period pieces, Buddhism, the British monarchy, travel, TA & the drama triangle, art, and plays.
