| Introduction | I have always been drawn to the beauty and tactile nature of cloth and do not remember a time when I did not sew. My love affair with quilting began in the mid 70’s and I have taught all things quilting for close to 40 years. Teaching credits include Quilt Canada 2016 and 2017, and a wide variety of Canada wide Quilting Guilds and Sewing Shows. My favorite things include free motion quilting (standard bed and mid-arm machines), precision piecing, scrap quilting, machine embroidery, blogging, designing and of course teaching. It is my belief that to see a student go from tentative beginnings to having confidence in themselves and their abilities is one of the greatest rewards that life has to offer. I started this Blog to be able to share my new Free Motion Quilting Designs, Quilting Tutorials, Class Information and Free Patterns. I hope you enjoy! |
