Introduction	I am a 25 year old healthy eating nut! I try to find every way to be a healthier eater. Most of my recipes are a healthified version of another recipe I've found somewhere out in cyberspace! I eat organic, mostly non-dairy, whole wheat/grain, and little to NO oils! I use some packaged items to make my creations but I try to keep it minimal. I JUST LOVE HEALTHY FOOD!!! If a food item says "Eran taste tested and approved" it just means that my picky eater of a man tried the item and liked it! :)
