| Introduction | By day, I’m a working stiff like the rest of you. I’m blessed to have a great job in the communications field and go to work wondering if today is the day they’ll stop paying me for having so much fun on the job and ask me to pay them. In the early hours of the day and late hours of the evening, I’m a sprint triathlete who dabbles in a bit of trail running, rock climbing, yoga, and other outdoor multisport activities…like the Mt. Taylor Winter Quad which thoroughly kicked my ass my first time out. In addition, I’m what’s considered a non-traditional student: I’m going back to college as a pre-med student. I’m still trying to figure out what possessed me to do that, but it’s turning into one helluva ride. |
