Introduction	Jamey started in the Sport of triathlon in 1986 and has competed, trained, and coached for the past 25 years! At the age of 45 he is now a husband, father of 4 children, business owner, Coach and Elite Masters runner. Jamey’s vast knowledge in Triathlon, Running, Nutrition, and Strength training helps him share with others the keys to success and longevity in their sport. With 100 plus races under his belt, 16 Ironmans, and 20 plus marathons, he is still healthy and well and competing as a Master’s Runner and Triathlete. Jamey coaches a limited number of athletes and works to provide his clients with the most beneficial training program for each individual’s personal needs.
