| Introduction | My name is Allyn (pronounced uh-linn), slightly different I know, but perhaps so am I. Aren't we all? I'm a 28 year old personal trainer type and have always loved to cook, but recently started to experiment in the wonderful world of sweets. Always a consumer of any treat, never before a creator, it's time I dive right in. My hobby may not coincide well with my profession, but nonetheless... all things in moderation! I believe peanut butter to be a glorious gift to us all, among other things of course, and The Peanut in my Butter refers to ALL things that sweeten my life. Be it the perfect day, a brew (or two) with friends, a delicious culinary concoction, the 'butta' to this 'peanut' or any little thing that makes me smile.
