Introduction	We would like to welcome you to our website designed to connect people regarding a variety of issues in life that effect us all. We want to provide resources, ideas, and in-depth discussions on every aspect of living life with a disability fully and independently. We will have guest posters, stories and contributions on the lighter and heavy side, and the impacts on life with a disability and everything in between. We want this site to provide employment resources, personal assistant care information, articles on assistive technology and devices, legislation regarding disabilities and independent living. Providing direction on becoming your own best advocate is one of our primary goals. Does this sound like a tall order to fill? Yes it does, but together we can assist each other and help educate through peer-to-peer contributions. After all, who knows better what we all go through than someone who has faced these challenges on a daily basis. Our contributors have decades of personal experience in all areas of disabilities and independent living.
