| Introduction | Hi, my name is Mary Ann Coutee-Walton and I live on the coast of Oregon with my husband and three of our 7 children. We have been living on the coast for 7 years and love being close to the beach. I started Healthy Moms after I had some chest pains that resulted in en ER visit. Luckily for me everything turned out to be ok, but it scared me enough to the point that I started thinking about my health and my family. I wanted to start eating healthier and I knew that there were other mothers who felt the same way about their health. In my quest to be slimmer and healthier, I figured if something I said or something that I posted would also help someone else with their struggle to be healthier also.
