Introduction	Hello, my name is Lisa and I live in Virginia. I discovered the blog world a few years ago, and I must admit I'm hooked. You will find me up early on Saturday mornings (with hot coffee in hand) with my ipad, reading all of the many blogs I follow. I started running a few years ago and searched out running blogs for inspiration, and discovered the whole blog world!
