| Introduction | I've been married for 27 years to the love of my life, Jon. I am Mom, Mama, Mommy, Mumsy, Mums (depending on who is talking to me) to 6 children who still live at home and 3 children who have already gotten married, which also means I have been blessed with three wonderful children (in law), making my grand-total, 12 kiddos! In the last six years, our kids who are married decided to start their little families, so we have plunged right into the life of grand-parenthood right smack dab in the middle of parenting. How fun is that??!! Spectacular fun, I can tell you, without any hesitation!! Our wonderful kiddos have offered us more than a grandbaby every year in the past six years. So we have a 5 year old granddaughter, a 4 year old granddaughter, a 3 year old grandson, a 2 year old grandson, a 1 year old grandson and an 8 month old grandson. Life is good, and God is Great, All the Time!! |
| Interests | My interests are Jesus Christ, my husband Jon, my children, Anthony and Andria, Alicia and Garrett, Alex, Andrew, Abigail, Adam, Anna, Aaron and Ashton, my grand-children, Emma Lynn, Brooke Nicole, Owen Ray, Wesley Robert and Preston Wayne. I love homeschooling my children. I love spending time with my husband. I love being a homemaker and all that comes with that such as cooking, stopping what I am doing to read with one of my kids or look at a frog or butterfly or talk with one of my teenagers, have the ability to learn to make something new, or to study something new from God's Word with my children right there with me, having my children growing up to be old enough and wise enough to sometimes teach me things from His Word, playing games with my family and with friends, having soup and singings, playing (well for me watching, hee hee) volleyball with the BV students and singing, going to Family Camp, watching stars, writing, listening to my kids play the piano, listening to children laugh, cuddling babies, listening to music, learning something new, I really want to learn to speak Spanish someday!! |
