Introduction	CAKE DAYS ARE PERFECT!! I‘m 20 something & love baking. Sadly I will not be 20 something for long BUT I am definitely going to ride these few years for all it’s worth. I love people & I love life, beautiful things & cakes. I have been cooking & baking since I was tall enough to stand independently by the stove. For me & my short genes it took some time but when it finally happened I was bursting with the desire to test out all these ideas I had. Since then it has been an amazing, exhilarating journey which has led me to this season of my life. I can finally admit to the world that I’m a BAKE-O-LIC. I thought it was time I stopped subjecting my friends and family to my cakes & share them with the world. My housemates, friends & family have been the true heroes of this blog & my baking. They have seen the delectable cakes and the atrociously bad ones. They have tasted my weird and wacky cakes. Somewhere along the journey of trying new recipes I started getting orders for cakes & that’s how the Undercover Cake Baker was unveiled!!
