Introduction	F.I.T. Boot Camp was born into this world through some amazing friends who pushed me to continue to pursue my fitness passion. Being in the fitness industry, I was comfortable. I had every piece of equipment I could ask for and a team of supportive instructors to learn and grow with. Therefore, leaving my comfort zone was hard but the BEST CHOICE I have made. God did some work in me. FIT (fun, intense, training) Boot Camp fell into my lap after 3 months of wishing it away. Sometimes, God has other plans. I continue to thank the Lord for this blessing. I get to meet and train some of the most amazing women who inspire me today. We each have a story... Take each step one at a time and don't be afraid to ask for help. 'Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right' Henry Ford Together with Christian principles we will exercise our minds and bodies on this journey towards total wellness.
