Introduction	I'm a mom to 3 wonderful kiddos and wife to the best husband ever. I know every wife and mom is supposed to say that but I really do feel like the luckiest person on the planet. We live in the Greensprings of Ashland, Oregon. It is a special place to raise our kids full of the great outdoors, acres of trees, amazing community of families, our own little school house style school for K-8th (only 27 kids) and our attempt at homesteading. We have 7 chickens, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 4 african dwarf water frogs. Ashland is home to my husband, he first brought me here in 2000 and I've been hooked since. I love to cook, well bake and bake and bake. I do a lot of baking in this house. And now I cook a lot more trying for dairy free whole food meals. It's just become a fun and exciting exploration into every day! I grew up in Malibu and then moved to the Bay Area when I was 14. I met my hubby when I was 20 and we got married 6 years later on June 16th, 2006. My goals are to bake all my own bread, stay out of debt and take a vacation to somewhere tropical with my family!
