| Introduction | I am a doctor of physical therapy, mom, wife, grandmother, daughter, and sister. I am loving life right now after taking a LONG time to discover that I'm celiac and highly wheat and gluten-sensitive/allergic, can't eat legumes, and will not ever go back to eating a Standard American Diet!
