| Introduction | Already for many years I am interested in the work of Emmanuel Levinas. Especially the question what his thoughts mean for trivial encounters, for example in organizations, but also at home or on the street. The research I did for my thesis, called 'Shame and Change', focused on that question, as do the workshops 'Enquiry into Illusions'.
