Introduction	I have 5 wonderful children and a very supportive husband. He has watched me destroy myself through food. My addiction to food started as a young girl and has worsened thru the years. Now at 37 I'm 120 lbs over weight. It hurts to move many days which makes it hard to keep up with my kids. My weight has hurt me in many ways...but that all ends now!!!! Today is the beginning of the rest of my life...literally. Thru this blog I am dedicating to my family, my friends, to my favorite charity groups and myself to eat healthier, move more and loose this weight. This change is for a life time, but the challenge will go from September 28, 2009 till September 28, 2010 for those that want sponsor me.
