| Introduction | August 2014, I began teaching at a Cambridge curriculum bilingual school in a small town in the hills north of Mexico City. Last year I taught high school in a large British Columbia curriculum boarding school 70 km inland from Shanghai. (see my blog Karen in Cathay). Previous to that I taught in Canada, England and Germany. My husband Steve is working at SAP in Germany. After two years studying Economics, our elder son Alex has joined the Canadian navy - currently in training mode. Younger son Evan Lawrence is in an honours program - Bio-Chem - at Edinburgh university....So that would be four family members, four countries... A cat in Germany (Persia) and a cat in Canada (Talli) completes the family. |
