Introduction	I'm an outgoing, ambitious and energetic Canadian who came to the U.S. in 1997 on a combined tennis/soccer/academic scholarship...and I haven't left (I'm here legally, in case you were wondering). I have had four knee surgeries total and two ACL reconstructions because of soccer and hockey incidents. As I recover from the latest surgery, I am busy planning a wedding to Doug who will become my hubby on Oct. 23rd. We have two dogs: Tessie, a one year old Pug who snores louder than any man on the face of the earth, and Irish, a three year old Lab/Retriever mix whom we affectionately call the "95-pound lap dog." I have worked in educational communications for six years and I love being in this environment, as it challenges me to constantly learn new things and to stay on top of my game. Students invigorate me and as a PR professional, it's easy to promote something you truly believe in.
Interests	Used to be sports! sports! sports! but after the 4th surgery, I'm sticking to home improvements.
