Introduction	For the last 10 years, I’ve been focused on connecting and synthesizing the worlds of organizational development and social change. I’ve worked with a wide range of community organizations in Canada as a facilitator with the Centre for Community Organizations, as an independent consultant, and as a volunteer and board member with Santropol Roulant. Prior to that, I was involved in community organizing, economic development training, and micro-enterprise development with low-income communities in the United States. In 2010, my partner Warren and I left Montreal for an open-ended journey to visit social change projects in Africa and India and have recently settled in Cape Town, South Africa where we will continue to grow the work of Organization Unbound.
