Introduction	As a young man growing up in Greece, I remember my mother spending most of her day in the kitchen, cooking our favorite foods and pastries. We were definitely spoiled (didn't know it at the time) having a different fresh cooked meal every time we sat on the table to eat. 21st century has changed things, everybody is on the go always is a hurry.
