Introduction	I'm a family man first and foremost. I love spending time with my wife and daughters every chance I get. They are my foundation and give me the strength to work as hard as I do. On the workout front you can say I'm kind of a junkie towards it. I really enjoy getting in a good workout as it is great for stress as well as overall positive changes. There are times that I slack off just like everybody else but I quickly get myself back in the game by going through some pretty horrific workouts. I'm not an expert by any means, but I do hope to be able to help motivate anyone to get moving and try an accomplish their fitness goals.

Favorite movies	Anchorman, Wayne's World (1&2), Wanted, and many more.
Favorite music	I know a lot of people say all kinds of music, but I truly do appreciate and enjoy all kinds and types. I can find a beat and enjoy it all.
