| Introduction | As many people do, I travel for work. Not as much as some and more than others but we all share the same commonalities of a traveler. Rental cars, hotels, airlines, food, etc. I myself like the food. We eat or we die and since I’m eating, I want to eat something good. Not always good for me but it should taste good, be priced accordingly and not make me sick an hour later. After traveling these last couple years and eating at more major chains that I can list, I now inquire from the locals as to where I might find the best eateries. I still venture to some of the national chains from time to time but have had some good luck with the local fare. Through this blog I will vent my frustrations of the ones that just don’t have it and give kudos to those deserving from the experiences I find not only on the road, but in my home town of Boise, ID.
