| Introduction | My name is Fluke Nukem. I like to block, pivot and sometimes jam. Someday I'd like to be a triple threat! I've been with Fog City Rollers out of Saint John, New Brunswick since we started in 2010. In that time I have watched other local leagues spring up, played in a partial and then a full 2011 bouting season and attended several live bouts, tournaments and training in Montreal and Toronto. I am former Director of Training and Safety for FCR. In my real life I'm a techie and a book worm. Roller Derby has provided a fitness and social outlet for me that I had never found before, and though sometimes getting things organized or problems solved feels like herding cats, I wouldn't give it up for the world! |
