| Introduction | A small press that has been publishing and championing both new writing and more established authors for almost eighteen years, Atlantean Publishing is based in Southend-on-Sea on the east coast of England. It has been run since its inception by editor DJ Tyrer. We produce several regular 'zines of poetry and short prose stories, plus one humorous satire/nonsense 'zine, and an expanding range of other publications showcasing poetry and short fiction. These include leaflet-sized 'broadsides' and A5 booklets (both solo-author works and multi-author collections) and longer A4-sized anthologies. Contact, submissions, queries, etc. from prospective readers, writers and artists is always welcomed. We take in many different lengths, genres and styles, as well as non-fiction articles and reviews, and we are always happy to help promote the efforts of other presses around the world. |
