Introduction	Hello! I'm Chef Chong. I'm happy to be here, cooking for you, giving you some tips, and hopefully getting you to start cooking and continue cooking! I'm from Malaysia, where I grew up on a family farm. I lived in a house of 20, so food was always a huge part of my life, especially to keep this big family happy and healthy. I loved watching my Mom cook everyday, and soon I became her little helper. Cooking became second nature to me, something that came easy to me. Some people can sing, some people can dance, I was born to cook. I love putting flavors together in my head, knowing what will go well together. Like painting, it's a creative outlet, where each ingredient, one on top of each other, blends and blends, until you have something beautiful.
