Introduction	I'm busy guiding my son as he navigates his way in this world; I'm married to my love and am trying to make as much jewelry and art as I can... but that is going slowly! Here at the blog (just like on my homestead) you'll find stuff that I'm into: great etsy artists, cooking with kids, road trips and where I get inspiration. You will also find jewelry projects that I am working on that will not end up in my etsy shop - just to keep you abreast of what kind of work I am dipping my fingers into! Interests	So many, so many... Summer, Winter, Fall, Spring ...Halloween and Christmas, bike riding, small-craft sailing (not for a long time...sigh) babies, fruit, bounty, landscapes ... and relationships and books and movies about relationships and, then of course about politics! Clean water! beauty and friends...
Favorite movies	I love sooo many.... Old faves are Stranger than fiction, Joe versus the Volcano, Red, Three seasons and because I am a hopeless, hopeless romantic, the six hour Pride and Prejudice - I could really look at Colin Firth endlessly... sigh
Favorite music	free online radio ... latin, folk, artists indepentent of categories... K-OS, Everything but the girl for some nostalgia... and "I am a vampire" by Antsy Pants makes me giggle
Favorite books	'Death on the Nile' Agatha Christie,'Diary' Chuck Palaniuk, just discovered Elmore Leonard (I know I'm late; he's still great!), 'Deerskin' Robin McKinley, lots of fairytale retellings, really ...and I am just getting into poetry: Roo Borson is one poet that I love. 'Pagan Christ'Tom Harpur and 'Beyond Civilization' Daniel Quinn for theories that prove I'm right, and I LOVE that!
