Introduction	I am a survivor of SJS/Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis. I was unable to eat for nearly one year afterward. The medical industry said I would never eat again but I proved them wrong. I want to have others get good eats while depending on a feeding tube or food in a can for sustenance. We will explore various possibilities to help people eat again.
Interests	Nutrition for the people; celebrating survivorship; Stevens-Johnson Syndrome/TEN; giving it away to keep it.
