Introduction	My name is Lorie and I have been married to my wonderful husband for 10 years. Together we have a beautiful daughter whom, about 4 years ago with God's hand guiding us, we began homeschooling. I have had the great opportunity to be called a leader within our local homeschool community, the children's director of our previous church and a teacher at multiple homeschool co-ops. Over the passed several years, I have strongly felt the calling to begin mentoring and encouraging women through God's Word and by sharing the testimony of my life in which the Lord's faithfulness and love has been so clearly and abundantly been shown countless times. I desire to encourage and equip women to seek the Lord in all circumstances and to seek His will for their lives and all that He is calling each of them to be.
Interests	Homeschooling, reading, scrapbooking, sewing, cooking, spending time with my family, biking, picnics and event planning.

Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?

Whistling with wood because my dad used to play a flute he whittled by hand and sometimes, if I close my eyes and listen, I can still hear him play.
