Introduction	Pendapat is the Indonesian word for Opinion. I spent a lot of years in Indonesia and I have plenty of opinions. After living overseas for 15 years, looking for oil (seismograph business) in places like Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Turkey, Peru, Thailand, the Persian Gulf, the North Sea and off the coast of eastern Canada, I moved back to this little town where I graduated from high school. I spent the next 19 years working in an electronics plant in Sherman, TX and retired in 2004. To keep from wearing the rockers off my chair, I design logos, make and maintain simple websites and until August 1, 2010, wrote a weekly column for the Lindsay, TX newspaper, the Lindsay Letter.
