Introduction	Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog! It's funny to think of this stage of my life as building a nest after having lived with my partner for several years already, but something about adding a baby makes it feel like nesting! This blog is dedicated to the excitement and challenges that make-up the experience of transitioning from a newly-wed, city-living, foot-loose and fancy-free couple to a southern-dwelling, house-owning couple + 1 bundle of (joy?) :) Of course, my life is not completely consumed with buying a house and having a baby, because life goes on no matter what you're planning! So posts will be posts, and whatever's going on will make it in! Mainly it's a way to record this part of our lives, and to keep our families and friends up-to-date during this busy time!
