Introduction	Hi! I'm Dani, and I've created this blog to share my passion of food, beer, and wine with anyone else that wants to eat well every night but doesn't know where to start. I don't consider myself an expert in beer and wine but I work with the two every day and have several certifications for both topics--but, like all passions, there is always something new to learn. The purpose of this blog is to try new recipes and pair them with the best drinks I think appropriate. Hopefully you will learn a thing or two from this, just like me! Enjoy!
