| Introduction | I am a 16yr old christian girl living in Portland, OR.I'm a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor. I come from a wonderful family of 10. I have recently been inspired in the area of health, fitness,and beauty. Unfortunately, the health part has come about as a result of my mom's decline in her health. With a large family on her hands she realized that she needed to do something about it. She then began to tackle her health with better nutrition, and fitness. As she made progress, she then forced (and I mean forced!) us to get on board. It was a slow process and most of us resisted. But as time has gone on, I actually enjoy learning about food and the body. ' I now understand that how you treat your body while you're young affects you when you're older. I hope to encourage young girls to exercise,eat healthier and can't forget the fun part,hair and makeup;) |
