| Introduction | My name's EP and I'm back to do the 12WBT! I did round 3 in 2010 and dropped about 14.5kgs. I was worried about how I'd go over the Christmas break, but managed another 4kgs then (go team me!). This round I'm going to focus less on the weight loss (though won't complain if I can lose a minimum 10kgs) and more on toning up. As with the last round, I'm going to try (no promises) to keep a daily record of the journey - just for the craic ;) |
