| Introduction | I am retired from both the U.S. Army and U.S. Civil Service. My most recent job was as Director of Public Affairs for Fort Belvoir, Va., from which I retired on June 30, 2014. I have been in Army public affairs since August 1972, and have served at nearly every level, including Department of the Army, where I was Chief of the Army Newspaper Program from January 1981 to January 1986, and, Director of News Operations there from January 1996 to February 1997. |
