| Introduction | Having been involved for many years in organising events, seminars, conferences and exhibitions, I would like to share my experiences and insights related to the MICE industry, particularly in Malaysia. I have been freelancing as a photojournalist and contributed to a number of local and international magazines. As the managing partner of Virgin Communications Sdn Bhd, which has offered public relation advisory services to our contacts, handled media relations and provided contents for publication and online portals as well as organised events, seminars, conferences and exhibitions, the desire to put down my thoughts become all the more keener. I hope to go beyond my writing to promote business matching between interested parties in MICE and the tourism industry. |
