| Introduction | Welcome and thank you for joining me here to share, learn and laugh! Life is good and I have hit that half century mark - how did that happen? It's been a great ride so far. I'm a writer, broadcaster, public speaker, entrepreneur, volunteer, sister, daughter, friend, auntie and animal lover. I live in Maine. I'm divorced and dating (that's fun!) I still have a crush on David Cassidy (those puka shells!). I do what I can to be healthy - yet I still break out and can no longer read the small print on anything. I'm trying my best to live in the moment (too hot - too cold - too hot) and I remain optimistically excited about the future! Here we go... |
