Introduction	I love to cook. I never cooked until I met my husband and I quickly became obsessed with recipes and cookbooks. My mother is one of the best cooks I know and is a trusted resource of mine. If I have a recipe I will generally use it as a guide but I love to add my own touches to a meal. Here you will find some of my favorite recipes. If I can remember the source of my recipe, I've noted it. The measurements are not always exact because I'm more of "a little of this and a little of that" type cook. But the end result is always good. Feel free to use these recipes as a guide and create your own gourmet masterpieces.
