| Introduction | An American Catholic in the midst of discerning a persistent and nearly lifelong call to religious life. Last year, I finally made my first few steps toward seeking God's Will. Those initial tentative actions eventually blossomed into my current life of prayer, meditation and contemplation as I seek entrance into consecrated life as a religious. Discerning a Catholic vocation is a challenging spiritual journey that is, of course, inherently personal. However, I suspect there are a few basic commonalities across most vocational discernments. It is in this spirit of sharing that I created this blog, i.e., a potential source of support for other--albeit exceedingly few--souls who are being called to religious life and have chosen to seek God's Will.
